Jessica started her career in counseling after graduating from NYU in 2017. Jessica has her masters degree in Applied Psychology with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She also received an educational focus in Gender and Sexuality Studies. Jessica also has her diagnostic privilege through NYS.

Jessica began her career working with individuals who were incarcerated. She then worked in an addiction program with individuals who were recently released from jail and individuals struggling with addiction.

In 2020, Jessica decided to move forward and pursue her own practice working with men and women struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career struggles and other mental health concerns. Jessica was working during the height of the pandemic, supporting those struggling with increased symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Currently, Jessica’s practice is focused on working with adult men, women and LGBTQ individuals. Jessica enjoys supportive individuals struggling with a range of issues from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship/family issues and low self-esteem.

In her free time, Jessica values self-care and personal relationships. She values spending time with family, friends and her rescue dog. She also enjoys reading, watching movies, cooking and exercising.
