We offer individual psychotherapy for adult men, women and LGBTQ individuals. All sessions are provided virtually so you can enjoy therapy from the comfort of your own home. We do not offer in-person sessions at this time.
We accept most major insurance companies. If you do not have insurance or want to pay out of pocket, please reach out to us to discuss our fees.
Sessions can be held on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. This is discussed between you and your therapist so that an appropriate treatment plan can be provided for you.
All sessions are completely confidential between you and your therapist.

Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NYS. Jessica utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and interpersonal therapy.
Jessica believes in both supporting and challenging her clients. Therapy is individualized around each client so that they can better meet their goals and needs.
